lock that shit at 30fps and you will be able to play cyberpunk on the shittiest 2016 imaginable

On the three instances this has happened to me, it was fixed by capping the framerate.
>Ultra: Screaming, 91 fps
>Medium: Screaming, 140 fps
>Low: Screaming, 288 fps
