My PC is taking eons to load games that would normally instantly boot up, it freezes frames randomly and games that would normally perfectly run have cutscenes completely out of sync, what's causing this?
My air flow seems to be relatively fine.

if you're still running a HDD (first of all, go get a SSD, it doesn't have these issues) then do a cleanup, backup and defrag
if you're having the same issues you could either need to reinstall your OS or it's time to buy a SSD
if you're already on a SSD idk what to tell you other than see what SEA monkey country it was made in and don't buy from them again

On the three instances this has happened to me, it was fixed by capping the framerate.
