Considering starting playing the DMC series with the recent release of 2 on Switch, with 2...

Never played it on a keyboard but there are a lot of directional inputs in the games that would probably be hard if you don't have a thumbstick to aim away from enemies, at least in the games that don't feature full camera control. Though I'm sure it's far from impossible regardless.

DMC1 is a damn good game.

Sounds like it requires input precision over view precision, i'll probably go with controller then. Thanks.

Thanks.

DMC 2 is so bad, the only positive thing the PR reps could say about the game in advertising is that Dante has a cool coat in it.

DMC 1's a little dated, but still an enjoyable game.

Play the first DMC and crank the volume to 11.

>there's literally a 10/10
Holy shit he's right.

It's the worst in the series, as in it's boring. You can still have fun with it, but temper your expectations. Don't except deep exciting gameplay, don't expect difficulty, and remember, guns are op.

As a newcomer, what makes the special editions better than the originals?

Just bonus stuff. New characters and game modes and whatnot.
