My favourite part of Arkham Knight was always leaving the guy who would track you when you had detective vision on as the last guy standing, then walk up behind him, turn on detective vision and wait for him to find you.

I was honestly surprised how he acted, I expected him to turn around and start shooting me saying "HE'S HERE" but hearing him just go "He's....oh God no!" and turn around completely terrified was such incredible attention to detail.

You're absolutely right that DRM protects the installation process, but once the game is installed, it might be effectively DRM-free. This is the case for some games on Steam, and apparently some games on Epic as well.

I'm not him, but are you saying I can download my free copy directly from the Epic Games web site without installing the launcher? If not, then I think he's right about the launcher being required for installation.
