Super Kirby Clash just got an update, now the only question is what the fuck actually changed?

Only if you or the people you match with have bad internet. 70% of my matches are lag free. Then again, you gotta host your own quests. Joining other people's quests is like asking for lag. And even when I have lag, it's rarely ever to the point where the game feels unplayable. Unless there are jap players. Then the lag is unbearable

I didn't turn the game on to get charity apples today. I finished the last boss on offline and online at only level 58. The game was super fun, but I feel no urge to get platinum or clear all 900 missions. Glad I got to enjoy it for free though.

I've been getting platinum in as many quests as I can as I go along. Pretty close to finishing the game though. I wonder if there's some kind of reward for getting platinum in everything

Probably just a mission, but I do like that the ribbon on the little plaques for each area change when you get all platinums.

Also, the fucking music in this game. Kirby music is always so god damn insane. In the best way.

Nah its definetly less active than at launch but I still get full parties. People are just separated at this point. Most are either noobs just starting out or they're at endgame. The missions in the middle are gonna be the most devoid of activity.

It's just not worth it most of the time. Might as well give up and try again.

I'd want more monsters. You have to admit a lot of the quests were just the same monsters but slightly stronger/with a few new attacks. I'm not sure who could top galacta in his prime though. They'd have to bring in some crazy powerful villain

New classes would really spice things up, particularly the Ninja and Archer that were in concept art (pic related).
I'd also like more bosses from older games who haven't appeared in a while, like Heavy Lobster or Dyna Blyde.

Didn't the "darkness" get purged from another dimension in the ending cutscene for HIAD when the sunrise was revealed by the mage sisters? At least that's what it looked like. In past Tetris 99 events, the prize was a new theme/skin for getting 100 points, and sometimes an additional prize of MyNintendo gold coins if you place among the top 999 players who participated in the event. It made sense that the coins wouldn't be awarded until after the event since they couldn't tally up the points to know who the top 999 players of the event were until the event ends.

But for this event's prize of Gem Apples, it sounds to me like they're saying you only need to get at least 100 points to get both the gem apples and the Kirby skin for Tetris. Nothing is mentioned about top 999 players so I don't think anything more is required, so I didn't see any reason why it would have to wait until the event is over, so I was expecting that they would award the gem apples at the same time as the skin once you get to 100 points. I guess I'll just wait patiently and keep playing, no big deal.

attackers are people targeting you

using the right stick you can select what kind you wanna go for, clearing lines prevents garbage from building up too much but you can use garbage to your advantage just keep it reasonable, be sure to store long blocks and build towers quickly for multiple tetris's.

most importantly don't be afraid to waste long blocks in your storage if you absolutely have to

There isn't much and it kind of sucks as it feels like it's supposed to be about who Galacta Knight actually is.

Void is a being of uncorrupted limitless energy that's swayed by the power of emotion and can be slotted into giant "mechs" to fight. Termina as I took it is one such "mech"

It's why Void swaps between Kirby's face and Zero's. Hyness birthed the thing with all the negative energy he had with his prayers and sacrifice so it was going to be evil, but Kirby and Co were around so it was being torn between the negativity and positivity and couldn't decide.

Another Dimension version with Astral Birth is one that isn't as corrupted and gets to go on to be a Kirby, if you want to take Kirb into canon. It's why he smiles. It's the golden ending where you save everyone.

Tetris 99 doesn't have to be that complicated. If you already know how to play basic Tetris, you can just play like you normally do and don't worry about the other stuff and you should be able to scrape by well enough. You don't have to win 1st place.

The gem apples promotion only requires you to get 100 points during this Tetris 99 event, and a small amount of points will usually be awarded even if you aren't very good at the game so pretty much anybody could do it even if they're bad at the game, as long as they're persistent enough.

I personally don't like it when Kirby characters have "muh deep and tragic" backstories unless maybe they are the main antagonist of the game, which Taranza isn't. That's why I like BWD's character as a "loyal underdog" even if it is pretty surface level because that's how I think Kirby should be. Simplistic, cute and surface level.

One adventurer reward codex will get you one gem apple every time you ring the bell. I don't know how well they stack after multiple purchases, but getting that one will pay for itself.

Personally I found it to be worth it. And if you're on top of clearing heroic missions, you should be getting enough apples from that to pay for all Codices of Vigor, assuming you didn't waste the apples on stickers.

Not really if you go F2P, you can access all of the content without needing multiplayer but you'll get frequently walled by Vigor since you won't get the EXP bonus and reduced Vigor costs for playing online. If you're willing to fork over for gem apples it's much more doable though since you can just pay to skip the wait.

I keep trying to like this game but it seems designed to stop me from doing anything. The recommended level jump between bosses is ridiculous, it goes from like 16 to 23 and basically requires you to grind lesser bosses to progress, which is so tedious and unappealing. And no, I'm not paying for apples to get better gear, because there isn't enough of a game here to warrant that.

You can safely ignore recommended levels by 10-20.

Just play the original then. It doesn't have online play and is mostly the same. And it makes sense seeing as this game was most likely remade as a way to shill NSO to those that haven't paid yet
