I think they'll be Horde Allied Race for the simple reason that there's already 2 kinds of humans on Alliance.
Calia being in charge of the Forsaken as a whole, and the popualtion only partially or gradually accepting the "gift" of the Light also makes more sense if they're retiring the faction conflict and opening cross-faction PvE.

Necromancer sounds like a repurposed unholy DK or a reskinned warlock, and Dark Ranger can just be covered by hunter, all you need is undead elves playable.
