The any% run is still at 1 A press. Technically this press can be skipped on Wii VC but other presses can’t be skipped on there. So right now, they could splice together a full 0 A press run from multiple versions of the game, but they want the whole thing to be done on the original Japanese N64 version before they make the video.

TASes are way more interesting than traditional speedruns (barring exceptions such as games with exploits that are just unwatchable)
All speedrunning is now is just streamers resetting over and over for zoomer dollars on twitch for the goal of imperfect good enough runs. I'd rather just watch a completely optimized TAS and see what a game looks like played perfectly, without any bullshit.
