If I'm making the switch from Steam to consoles what one has the most similar user interface when it comes to activity...

All three offer it. Idk, switch is pretty bare bones but you can send messages to friends I think, see when they're online, not really sure. PS4 has screenshot sharing, trophy sharing, video clip sharing, streaming built in, notifications when friends do any activity, and it's all pretty customizable, and you can have text or voice chat with people fairly easily.
I assume Xbox One is similar to PS4's offerings, but have no first hand experience.

None of them are going to be as good as Steam and using an actual computer for it, but PS4 comes closest afaik.

None. Also don't forget that playing online on consoles isn't free.

Sure I'll take the bait. It's Xbox but it's obviously not as feature rich as steam. Also the library of exclusives is shit. At least gamepass is saving me $$$ on every good indie game of the year.

Do most people use these features? I know achievements were really big when I played the 360. Are they still big?

If devs felt like it they could make custom achievement art that you could use as a wallpaper once you unlocked the chievo

The worst? Death of you and everyone in your household due to fire and smoke inhalation. The most probable bad thing? Would fry the system and destroy the outlet possibly shocking you and sending a small surge through and to the breaker the circuit is hooked up to.
