First off that's wrong, in fact one of the games is a DS exclusive and has never been re-released on another consoles. "But you can play the whole series on PS$" No, you can't. All of the CUTSCENES are on PS4 collections but you can't play 358/2 days. On top of that, original Chain of Memories is essentially a different game than the remake. Despite being on PS4, DDD was a 3DS exclusive first. Also as another user said, a series that has actually had every game on Sony (aside from 1 spin off) systems got a character in.

The final fighter pass character will be Juliet Starling from Lollipop Chainsaw. Tara Strong reprises her role for Smash. She will be released in January and may be revealed at the Game Awards in December.
Sakurai wants to focus entirely on highly requested characters for the remaining DLC. So any character that a lot of people have been asking for has a pretty good chance. The isn’t going to be a fighter pass 2. All characters after the first fighter pass will be released individually. The plan is to release a minimum of 3 more characters, but it could potentially be more than that.

Sora is a wild card. He's wildly popular and SE has agreed to DLC before, BUT, Disney throws a wrench into it. They're VERY protective of their properties, and I doubt they'd give Sakurai the free rein to do what he wants with Mickey, Donald and Goofy. Which of course means Sakurai might not even bother, since not including those three as even spirits would rob KH of a big chunk of its appeal.
Doomguy is a longshot, but if any FPS rep gets in, it'll be him.

He's a magically puppet guy held together with various metal joints and the like. In the game his weapons are like, different kinds of modifications to his body that give him different projectiles. Small bullets out of his fingertips, one where he shoots these softball-sized cannonballs out of his bent elbow. Super Mario RPG was my shit as a kid so I'm really hoping he makes it. They already made me really happy with Ridley and the Belmonts, Banjo too, so Geno would be just the cherry on top.

I'd hope for Doomguy over Tracer any day. Doomguy has a ton of weapons to pull from that could make unique moves. Granted, some of these examples could definitely be seen as stretching it:
Doom/2: Pistol, Shotgun, Super Shotgun, Chainsaw, Chaingun, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Gun, BFG 9000
Doom 64: Unmaker, Chainsaw w/ two blades
Quake 3: Nailgun, Super Nailgun, Lightning Gun, Railgun, Grenade Launcher, Machinegun, Gauntlet
Quake Champions: Tri-bolt (would be kinda lame honestly)
Doom 3: Soul Cube
Doom 4: Guass Cannon, Glory Kills (use these for throws), various weapon mods, some of the MP exclusive weapons like that burst rifle, the Reaper, Hellshot
And Doom Eternal looks like it'll have some fun goodies like the Meathook. Imagine if Doomguy could hold grab in order to shoot that out, or tap it in order to do a standard grab.
