you can use the subset L button thing if the touch commands are getting mixed up

I’d say do them now. They help expand on the lore of the game a lot as well as give you interesting challenges and boss fights along the way. Plus, doing so will help unlock more cool pins and clothing as well.

True, but for some reason, whenever I have an Apport and Thunderbolt pin in my deck at the same time, the inputs gets mixed up and neither one will activate, even if I have one on Sub.

The mark of the casual TWEWY player is that they A: Use Joshua whenever possible, and B: Try and keep him constantly airborne instead of acknowledging that his ground stance and air stance have different strengths and weaknesses. The jesus beams don't mean you should forget about the phone camera.

Cave Story, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and DMC1 are pretty soulful. Most commiebloc Eurojank tends to be made by ambitious autists roasting their computers to add features they like. Cave Story is a pretty great acomplishment in individualism and autism, and DMC1 was a goofball running wild.

I personally with with using Beat since if you’re good enough with him, you can rack up a lot of Fusion Stars and his block is a lot more reliable when you’re pitted up against the elephants.

It’s the worst version of the game but a bad version of TWEWY is probably better than most of the games on the phone

It’s decent but a bit of a downgrade compared to the DS version. It can still be fun at times and does have more music and some updated visuals, though I prefer the sprite work from the original myself.

TWEWY was such a goddamn good game in general. Fuck, I want to see that kind of passion and care again from modern Square but lord knows we’ll never get something like that from them in this day and age.

I feel like Square’s obsession with having the most cutting edge graphics and epic scale is what bit them in the ass. Compare something like FF13 and FF15, to games like Chrono Trigger and TWEWY and you’ll see a huge difference.

The DS was a magical time, man. TWEWY, Ghost Trick, 999, SMT, Ace Attorney, Elite Beat Agents, Rhythm Heaven, shit was just nuts.

Pay attention to whoever has the puck.

Pay attention to however has the light puck at the moment and try to complete a combo on their end to pass it to the other guy. Doing so helps increase your attack output. It also helps to keep your characters either moving or blocking during those times as well. Also, a neat trick is that the power of a healing pin is also increased when Neku has the puck on him so keep that in mind.
