AC Ragnarok info

Oh shit lads, OP might actually be an employee.

why the fuck would they think medieval England would be a good setting

can someone explain why
this game about watching the lives of your ancestors
essentially viewing their memories
through a machine
is trying to turn into an rpg with a main character That you can choose the sex of
through a machine
that views memories

because it stopped being "your" ancestors like six games ago, and whichever gender you choose is the "canon" gender of the protagonist.

Because the father of the franchise left midway through Brotherhood's development because fuck Ubisoft
Then they killed the MC in III because it was holding Ubisoft back from whoring out the IP
Then the last actual good game ended up selling like shit because it was a bug ridden mess on release because the engine
Then the next one has an unironic tranny
Then they realized TW3 sold pretty well so now you have nu-AC

I really hope you're not implying Unity is good

I'm implying it and Rogue where the last decent ones and Unity was the closest we got to AC1 when it comes to actual assassinations

>-The naval part of the game is mainly exploration. There's not much combat, as it's just small boats
Oops, you fucked up. Easy to tell you're full of shit when you claim something like this. Ubitowers would never remove an aspect of their grindan gameplay.

Wait, really?
I stopped playing after 3 cause I couldn't get into 4, mainly because Edward is more of a pirate than an assassin in most of the mission, but at least it had an animus, now they removed that too? Is it even ac at that point

the Animus is still in, but it can now give anyone access to anyone else's memories. The modern-day protags of post-3 games aren't descended from the people they're viewing.
