The unofficial patch, as said. It's too valuable in every Bethesda game. I'm almost convinced that the guys behind the unofficial patch are stealth devs, and do these unofficial patches for some secret agenda.
Also a bit off topic, but what is with the influx of small animals doing that pose? I've seen images like that all day, and it bothers me.

delayed assassin attack
fair magika regain
whatever one adds manual blocking
whatever one that removes the magic cast stance and allows 1 handed casting like the later games

Stat based skill mod I can't remember the name of. Completely removes the retarded leveling system. Some might call it casual faggotry but I can't be fucked to bother balancing skill usage and leveling rates anymore
