Evacuate miracle no longer shows a confirmation box; this fixes duping
All weapons stat scaling doubled
Enemies HP increased by roughly 2x
Enemies are stronger; equivalent to Pure Black World Tendency
Enemies give more souls; equivalent to Pure Black World Tendency
Enemy black phantoms will spawn in all world tendencies
Primeval Demons will spawn in all world tendencies
You can now fat roll in the swamp
Healing grass nerfed:
-Crescent Moon Grass: from 120hp to 50hp
-Half Moon Grass: from 240hp to 100hp
-Late Moon Grass: from 400hp to 150hp
-Full Moon Grass: from 600hp to 200hp
-New Moon Grass: from 100% hp restoration to 250hp
-Dark Moon Grass: fromm 100% hp restoration to 250hp; status ailment curing unchanged
Base physical defense power nerfed from a maximum value of 200 to 75
Starting HP increased and faster scaling at lower levels
Buffed Bleeding and Poison damage
Nerfed Cling Ring HP increase while in soul form by half
Buffed Item and Equip weight rings from 50% to 75% incrased weight each
Changed initial character equipment:
-Royalty no longer starts with fragrant ring; added 10 fresh spices and 3 sticky white stuff
-Barbarian no longer starts with a wooden shield; secondary club changed to a Large Club
-Soldier added a Light Crossbow to left hand and increased starting bolts from 20 to 200
-Hunter increased starting arrows from 50 to 200
-Magician increased starting fresh spices from 6 to 10
-Thief increased starting arrows from 20 to 200; added 3 black turpentine and 3 firebombs
Patches now sells colorless demon's souls for 100k souls each

I'm gonna do that. I experimented on the vanguard demon in the tutorial level and I managed to make him a little bit stronger by altering his turn speed, as it turns out he's pretty dumb and weak because he takes forever to turn around to attack you

I increased the item burden ring from 50 to 75%, see I'm changing the entire lighting system in the game, I'm mostly done now, all maps have been changed except for the nexus and bellow the nexus.

Very cool progress. Not sure about that lighting though, it might be cool for a dev environment but pure white light just kinda ruins the mood, and all the masking they did to hide shitty textures. Like says, it looks like DS2.

My plan is to change rarity of rare items so you still have to farm but they drop more often so you don't waste hundreds of hours to get it.

Unlimited carry capacity would be my most wanted QoL improvement. It literally adds nothing but tedium and was removed completely in Dark Souls.

I guess I could change it so it only heals you back to 20% hp or something but removing it is a bad idea imo

I still have to fine tune it but having a grass that you can easily buy and heals you to 100% is way more obnoxious

I nerfed cling ring because I increased starting HP and HP scaling so you have basically the same HP you would have with cling ring on without the cling ring at lower levels, at later levels it encourages you to use the stone of ephemeral eyes.

Fragrant Ring for the Royalty class is broken, I do agree I should buff that and some of the other classes though

carrying capacity is a legit game mechanic and you get a ring pretty early on to help with it

I like the Bloodborne dash mechanic that they modded to DSR. But I would like a Yuria set that looks like Karla in DS3.

Moba style map (top middle and bottom lane with a jungle / forest in-between)
-5v5 with weaker minions that run up lanes to fight the smaller bosses for souls, souls can level you up (works like a moba, but plays like demon souls).
-instead of towers in the lanes, there a bosses who agro when you come close.
-instead of a nexus/fort or w.e, there is a final boss that the players need to kill, on killing the enemy teams final boss, you win.

depends on what you're competent at. I'd at least like to see rebalancing so some of the shittier weapons are brought up to snuff. I'd also like to see tweaked drop rates and item placements, especially for things that normally require hours of tedious grinding (pure bladestone).

If you've got the aptitude, I'd also like to see an arrange mode where enemy placement is tweaked so that experienced players can play the game fresh instead of just going through the motions after having everything already in muscle memory.

That's something I'd like to do but I still have to tamper with the files to figure out how I can change that. I don't think I'll be able to but I'll try.

Weapon scaling is doubled, the idea is to make progression wider so that it feels more satisfying when you level up and upgrade your weapons and also make it harder for a low level with unupgraded weapons to just go through a whole archstone without leveling up or upgrading their stuff.

If you double the damage but double the enemy hp as well, you changed nothing. You might as well halve enemy hp and halve player scaling, the end result is literally the same.

Make weapons like the great club scale. Sad this weapon just gets outclassed completely.

Make it possible to access the archstones from the beginning instead of having to do 1-1 first.

messing with world tendency is really complicated the way they implemented it, I don't think I'd be able to do anything like that.

So I was thinking about this new mechanic: Throughout the main game you find these egg-shaped rocks, about the size of a football. Through most of it you don't know what they're for, but a new NPC in the nexus offers to take care of them for you. So you leave them with the NPC, and eventually they hatch. A Yoshi comes out, and it allows you to ride it and is useful in combat by devouring enemies. You find different colored eggs, and they have their own distinct powers.

Banish could be a anti black phantom buff. Some anons didn't like the idea of having to fight meaty phantoms so change it to either a debuff that makes BPs take more damage or buff you to deal more against them.

A new type of curse: these small creatures follow you around and bite at your ankles, slowly draining your health. The only way to get rid of them is an item called meteor extract and is very rare. You would acquire the curse by attempting to play god during a side mission.

Nerfing grass is a good idea but I'm not a huge fan of just flat number reductions on them. That just means now you're going to need to sit and munch for 3 times as long whenever you need to heal. It does make it harder to heal up in combat, which is good, but not in a particularly interesting way.

Maybe something like
>Crescent moon grass: 50 hp instant heal, 50 hp slow non-stacking regen
and the same concept for the others.
There should still be one full heal grass, too, just because it's a unique effect, especially after nerfing the others so hard. I'd say keep New Moon Grass the full heal but give it a downside of some kind. Maybe it gives you a significant stamina regen penalty for a while like plague, or costs all your mana, or disables other hp recovery temporarily if you can manage to figure that out.

DoF is disabled and Lens Flare is also tweaked in the mod. I'd like to disable motion blur but I still haven't found a way yet.

That's double scaling. Enemies in the early game die in two hits, now they die in three or four.

I think I'll add some scaling to all weapons that doesn't have scaling.

Honestly those values were just for testing, I think the weaker grasses are too weak now with those values so I'm gonna bump them later on. Making them regen hp is a good idea, I'll see if I can implement that later.

Restricting the max amount you can hold at a time is good enough.

i bought a old copy of dark souls from a garage sale and i put it in my game player and then the carpa demon appeared on the screen but his face was strangely realistic and it made my screen turn brown and blood
