I brought a Switch a month ago because you fags kept telling me to but the library is fucking terrible: BotW and Odyssey are on PC, Fire Emblem's a uninteresting visual novel with a worse version of XCOM's gameplay tacked on and Xenoblade 2's combat is as engaging as an MMO. Only Astral Chain was decent fun to play but it's full of tedious side quests. So I'd like to ask, why the fuck do any of you defend this platform?

BotW is at least and Yuzu seems to be running Odyssey pretty well, though I haven't personally played it. I 100%'d BotW at 4k 60fps and it's basically flawless, a lot better than the Switch version at least

I game can be well designed, and well written and well coded. if you can measure that the skill put into a game is high, why is it so hard to accept that the game is good?
The only people that give bad reviews to games like Breath of the wild or God of war are people who are either trying to start a fight, or for some reason can't enjoy something the rest of the world agrees is good. since human perspective is how we measure everything, than the voice of the majority is fact. if you don't enjoy them, you must have bad taste.
