For a game that was exactly what it wanted to be. possibly even the best example in its genre (flaws and all) is Fallout New Vegas
For my personal 10/10 because I'm a fag who can't get over the love Raimi instilled within him it's Spider-Man PS4
For a game with no flaws? Portal 2.
