amazing setting/exploration with alright combat
or
mind-numbing feudal japan drivel with pretty good combat

I would just go for the one you like more aesthetically and thematically.

It's always the fucking release order user, any game, this one is no exception.

That said, Bloodborne is a 10 while Sekiro is a 8.5-9.
