I've been a PC player all my life, but I recently bought a PS4 and a switch. How the fuck do I "adjust" to those framerates and resolutions without killing myself?

you dont play them on a monitor
You shouldn't have gotten a PS4. Play the switch in handheld mode.
How would I play the ps4 games I wanted to play without buying a ps4? And no, why the fuck would I play in handheld mode?
Handheld has better pixel density and framerates
If you don't want the solution, don't ask for it like a retard.
I play at 1440p 144Hz on PC and I don't mind the Switch at all in handheld mode. Even BOTW looked and played fine IMO despite being 30FPS. I'm not sure if it's because you get used to it or it's just harder to notice on a smaller screen.
Your solution is garbage and I'm not going to subject myself to holding a fucking piece of shit tablet when I can just hook it up to my monitor or TV.
Hey it ain't my fault you were born defective
You're retarded
>just don't use this build in feature of your device
And you dare call other people retarded?
