I know I know. Repost, but I wanna get some more insight. I don't know if I should give them a chance still.
Am I the asshole it I told my static I wanna clear tonight and I'll go to a pug if I have to for this week? We've been stuck on e1s for two weeks and it's pissing me off. It doesn't help most of the party seems to be getting frustrated as well.
In their defense, it was only really two days of raiding out of those two weeks. First week, first day we got to spinning orbs. Second day, idk what happened but we weren't able to even reach back to that point so they dipped early and said they were going to gear up their 7th member. Second week, the seventh DPS hasn't been geared so they dipped early after the extra 7th and 8th member kept fucking up mechanics. Today, they have their 7th member, but I'm not optimistic about the clear.
It's a casual static. 3 days a week. They're getting a bit antsy for the past few runs though. I can tell they want to clear but the SCH or the random members keep fucking up. SCH was the one who roped us into doing savage though so I feel bad for him because he knows he's fucking everything up.

Friend keeps telling me that using the last potion at the last 30 seconds of fight is better for dps because you end the fight pretty much as the potion ends, therefore your dps is still somewhat spiked by it and there was no time for dps to fall off after the potion effect ends. Is that really how it works? Or is it better to just use it when it aligns with cooldowns even if the fight is still 2 minutes from ending?
