Literally this. Users get the short end of the stick and end up complaining. Even devs say it as well. It also doesn't help that every switch fag WANTS everything on switch and begins to BEG.
How come this isn't being given a real release date and is just being held as "mid-august"...

tbf though dqb1 was on switch and ran a lot better. they just did a very lazy port for what was the most attractive version, they didn't really tone down any effects or assets, or even implement any sort of dynamic resolution options which is totally effortless.

It's not just being easily hackable, it's being hackable at all for the moment. Sure, they'll figure out another way to hack the Switch in the end, but right now if you want to play pirated games on your Switch, you need an early model.
