Here it goes. A few notes: I actually removed 41, because I would really just make Luigi into a Mario echoe in the remake, plus Yoshi would cease to be a character and become a ride that everyone in the game could use.
By the way, if he's gonna to cut down the roster by half and remake the game, I'd rather it be a tridimensional fighter, like Pokken Tournament, than just another Smash. Let's face it, Ultimate is as good as this game is ever gonna get. There is no improving it - so changing it completely is the only path.
Honestly, I would be fine with not getting another Smash game as long as Ultimate keeps getting updates and perhaps even a season 2 for DLC.

He's not saying Luigi is a Mario echo, he's saying he would change Luigi to BE a Mario echo. Presumably he would become more similar while retaining his different up special property and doing a huge gust with the poltergust instead of water from FLUDD for his down special.
