And how are you supposed to press either the bumpers or triggers then?
Is this about the ds4 or xbox controller? If I put my finger between the bumpers and triggers on the xbox controller and press the trigger, my finger gets stuck between those two buttons.
Not all of them do. I chose the one that doesn't have it so I could pay less and try the controller first.

My finger gets stuck on the DS4 controller when I do that as well.
I do that when I need to, but I think DMC5 was the only game where I did that recently. I also play claw, so I don't use those bumper jumper presets where it'd be very useful.
I just find it uncomfortable to hold the L2 and use the left stick at the same time.

probably best for any really but the xbox one is even shaped to rest your finger there.

Shift your finger down/up a bit when pressing the buttons.
