Is it possible to get through FFXIV's story and plot without ever interacting with anyone at any point? If so I'm down to sub for a couple of months and get through it single player style

Reading people talk about this games balance is like an exercise in frustration. The very same retards posting this shit in reddit are probably posting here too. I’m amazed that people care about the balance of a game where everything was homogenized for the sake of balance and “meta” makes a triviality of a difference.
While I’m at it:

>people saying not having threat management is good
>people praising the dev team for removing even more debuffs from the game
>people saying sch and ast are on ok as they are because they can still heal just fine
>people praising the dev team for simplified rotations
I’m impressed at the level of degradation this games community has garnered.
Amazing narrative btw, Emet-Selch is easily squares best written villain, too bad the story and world are stuck in a game that is so devoid of gameplay.
