How's my Vegeta's lineage team looking? I never really realized how lacking this team was in super top tier Fierce Battle units until now. Really the only FB that could be tossed on here that's top tier are SSBE Vegeta, transforming Vegeta, and LR Trunks.

Yeah, he has pretty low stats without dupes, but even then he can hit for up to a million when linking with Turles in his team.
Between the attack links and the cat lead Turles' passive he gets a massive boost.

So now that I have both LR Gogeta and Vegito I can say with certainty that both the Potara and Fusion teams are just as boring as I imagined. Holy shit how do people run these boring ass teams all the time?

bros how do you get strong enough to start beating the challenge events to get badges to rank people up. I've been playing for little over a year now and i still can't beat basic shit using items and my best teams. I do not understand how people get to the level that allows them to grind through these events, every battle i do in them takes like 15-20 minutes and i almost always fucking lose.

All the 70% and 100% leaders are getting EZAs, 70% leaders become Ki+4 and 100% to stats (for both Extreme and Super types) and 100% leaders become Ki+3 and 120% universal types for their types as well. We already had PHY Goku Black, TEQ Freeza, and TEQ Gotenks done. Now that leaves INT SSB Vegeta, AGL SSB Kaioken Goku, STR Omega Shenron, and STR Perfect Cell.

In terms of Extreme Z Battles, Dokkan Battlefield/Virtual Battlefield, and the Legendary Goku Event or even SBR, yes he is. He has higher stats then the TEQ one does, he also has a defensive buff in his passive, while TEQ Vegito Blue doesn't, and your dependent on RNG to get his additional turning into super attacks to buff his defense. And by links, he's less optimal compared to LR Vegito Blue/STR one for Potara, Future, or Time Travelers.

His damage reduction to normals might get notched up to 50% like PHY SV's, but since he also has guaranteed additionals in his passive, if you add up counters + additionals he will. Otherwise he's gonna be a similar situation to EZA STR Super Gogeta.

Why DOES the LR get hyped up so hard anyway? Is it because he's so easy to get? Granted, that's a huge benefit, as is giving himself ki and high defense, but his damage output is pretty unimpressive even compared to other free LRs, he's let me down hard every time I brought him to the Legendary Goku event.

You can't. It doesn't take that long to swap one team out for a new one when you need it. The game is a lot more generous with it now that we have tags and the last deck feature. I don't think they'll ever add more team slots but, they'll continue to make it more convenient and faster to switch teams.

Because a fully rainbowed LR with a permanently stacking ATK + DEF whose on 4 or 5 category teams which are amongst the best teams in the game and is insanely optimal in most EZAs do to his ridiculous base stats and passive makes him great. He's meant to be a tank and the fact he has great links plus Ki self sufficency makes him several notches better then a glass cannon like the TEQ one or the sub-par (at least before his EZA) phy SSB Vegito.

Even when you get multiple SAs off if RNG favors the TEQ one (and even if he's rainbowed), he takes a fuck ton of damage. He's not good for more difficult events unless you float him and he doesn't link as well as the LR does. And his two best linking partners iirc is the transforming/Gogeta Blue whose only on RoG with him and SSBE Vegeta who isn't on Time Travelers or Future Saga category teams with him.

I'm gonna level with you, Truth played like an idiot in that video and has a lot of confirmation bias against TEQ VB. But my point was more than LR VB also took catastrophic damage that late in the fight for me, but also dealt significantly less damage. Both were in peril, so I preferred the one that also did more damage, and considering he had type disadvantage that he performed so much better was a big deal to me.

I can corrobrate Truth being an idiot at times and not using his TEQ VB properly but I did mostly AAs and still largely never get a third or fourth SA off. TEQ VB is absolutely horrendous for the Legendary Goku event unlike LR Vegito or TEQ Transforming Trunks. I can contrast that with how the TEQ vs STR worked on the same teams and while the LR might take like 190k by the final fight, that's nowhere as bad as taking 380k-400k the TEQ one does.

Not that guy but the point your missing is besides type disadvantage, the lack of defensive buff in his passive is what makes the TEQ one is a huge issue. That's why no one uses him for SBR or EZA fights either.

Mine has like 12 AA. Since the LR is a STR unit, he already has built in crits, so I get an additional like one out of three or four attacks. You have to remember, his 12 ki always raises his ATK and DEF by 20%. So if you get lets say, an additional SA three times, that's 60% extra atk and defense.
Yeah but the point is you can't use items in Dokkan Battlefield or Extreme Z battles.

Okay but you can't use items on EZA fights or Virtual battlefield, and fights don't last past 5 or 6 turns, so Vegito Blue would never be even on rotation more then twice or three times in the fight so he still gets curbstomped in higher level battles when you are farming for Hercule Statues trying to make some zeni.

Whereas the SS4s have perfectly-designed linking buddies that accomplish both of those things at once, so that the SS4s can get their 18ki supers with 2 orbs.

Frieza's LR was basically released too late. If it had come out with Metal Cooler it would have been among the absolute best units in the game. But post-Kale and Caulifla he's totally outshined, but that's more a statement against those two than Frieza.

Tapions are piss easy, 17 is too when Universal survival story is on, phy Vegeta is Broly movie, kaioken is slug, these are all simple grinds, turles has ass droprate and I dunno if they fixed it.
Majin Vegeta/SSJ2 Goku not worth grinding, super 17, Janemba, ssj3 gt Goku all require Dokkan awakening SRs so they take work probably missing some obvious ones but that's a quick rundown

Most of the grinding needs to be done in story events. This will apply for:

It has some uses. For example, it's easier to reverse units like INT Super Vegeta, who have easier farms when it comes to raising Super Attack.

It should be permanent instead of one time use, that's the one thing I hate about it. For some units I tend to not use dupes until I rainbow before reversing or others I just keep undokkaned in case I get another dupe.

In the past you could only do a 10 ticket multi-summon, so if you only had 9 tickets you couldn't use them.

Lads am i being schizophrenic or does dokkan seem to have a luck system? every banner that i summon on and initially get shafted, i will continue to get fucked over in it regardless of how many stones i waste. but when a banner is good to me it constantly gives me good units.

On top of the flat passive, Prime Battle Vegeta's links are absolute garbage, so it's hard for him to do super attacks.

SSG Vegeta and SSG Goku when transformed link pretty well. Main drawback is the loss of Over in a Flash. Honestly looking back at it, transforming Goku is definitely the worse of the three.

I basically cheated and used LR Gobros; including STR Ultimate Gohan, EZA STR Goten, new PHY Teen SS Gohan, EZA TEQ SSB Vegeta, with another old SS2 Teen Gohan as support and a friend LR Gobros. They dominate everything.
