So are the obvious gaps in characters with cards guys they are planning for being Heroes later down the line, or just buffering for later expansion packs? You get one for each character at level 7, 11 and 15 then it's daily and maybe some achievements.

Crafting cards is cheap (outside of epic/legendary) and level ups provide plenty of cards to burn.
