Is there any game that makes you analyse things deeply? The only time I had that experience was when Bioshock infinite released. Me and my friend were analysing the plot and dialogues, the important details of levels and cutscenes to get some deeper meaning behind it. Sadly with the releases of DLCs it turned out there was nothing as exceptional or profound as we thought, but the experience was priceless.
Is there any game that ACTUALLY makes you think?

fortnite. it truly makes you think about the complexities of war, life and death, and the inevitability that hostility and competition is our most primal instinct and that violence is mankind's true nature.
Planescape Torment
Planescape Torment
Pathologic
talos principle
Fallout 4
I don't think so. The only thing it actually made me think was a local blockbuster (as in, high budget) film.
I do more thinking than battling to attempt to keep my digimon alive.
Probably Spec Ops the line
Is this a joke?
NieR and Silent Hill 2.
Seconding SH2.
Anything made by zachtronics.
As far as actually problem solving, The Talos Principle is pretty fun. Especially the puzzles where you have to record yourself.
Baba is You and The Witness.
It's so weird how BSI's overhype was somehow different from every other overhyped game, and collectively made Yea Forums beyond butthurt.
Dark souls for me.
This is accurate
OFF and Ib are pretty good in being plentiful of random shit you can theorize about
>Baba is You
game made me feel REALLY stupid

Still don't know if they paint over mary's picture or if they paint over the picture she jumped in
>Bioshock infinite
If you actually know phisics you'll find a tons of plotholes in the story and you will finally understands why videogames will never be treated as art (especially after reading retarded game journalists opinion on the story of this game). This game was truly a revelation to me.
While not a single game in itself, the overall lore of Elder Scrolls is so fucking out there that to understand it all you really do have to stop and mull it over.
>you will finally understands why videogames will never be treated as art
are you talking about only about AAA or videogames in general?
thinking? gross dude
chess
For me it was dark souls
Dungeon Crawl
Fighting games in general
Marathon
