Making the game much more grindy than usual. Eventually they removed them from the game a year or two after their final DLC because they coincidentally thought “hmmm you know what? We’ll listen to our customers just when we’re about to stop supporting the game”
On top of that a lot of people were really excited about the skins for the game, don’t know why, but instead of actually getting interesting skins like orcs pr a playable sauron skin we got several recolors of Talion and Elf bitch.
Also the next game is gonna have us play as this elven cunt, it wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that she’s a traitorous bitch and that she will most likely not dominate orcs, the whole fucking selling point of the game, because “muh morals”
Also the broken as fuck resistance perks for orcs but that’s a whole different story.

Got mad that the first dark lord stole his magic gems. He then made an oath with his sons to get them back at all costs and kill everyone who stands in their way.
Then he butchers a bunch of other elves and leaves his brother to die in the arctis. He later down the line gets so angry he explodes, but his sons carry on with the oath, which leads to more kinslaying and assholery.

i think it's implied somewhere that she did communicate with... orcs? or was it just gollum? i mean, we never figured out how (we do have talking spiders in the hobbit tho), but yeah, taking the form of a sexy cool wine aunt and masterminding sauron's downfall is kind of a stretch.

"primordial spirits taking a variety of different fair and terrible shapes" is how i understand much of the lotr cosmology, and so if you think of ungoliant being one such spirit that assumed an especially terrible form and shelob being her daughter, then it's not too far of a stretch i guess
