I'm sad that there will probobaly never be another game as perfect as Resident Evil 4

It's the full package. It's like nothing good was left out during development. The pacing and gameplay are all really just perfect. I can replay this game over and over again and never really get tired of it. I don't think there is a single thing about it that i dislike.

It's 2019 and this game still puts so many other games to shame, including most future RE games.

Honestly my biggest criticism of REmake 2 was the omission of this.

Make sure you turn off DX12. The game's graphics settings had to be tweaked, IIRC they looked like shit by default and used stuff like interlaced mode that no one wants

Use the knife against 1v1 zombies, its pretty strong. When you get better weapons dont hog on them, leave one good weapon and ammo for it in the itembox at all times. Alternate saves so that you can go back if you fuck up later on.

Its a good game with good pacing and exploration and above-average length for a RE game. It's only downsides are that 3d aged a bit off and that controls are a step down from RE3. Otherwise a very good classic Resi experience.
