Only if you're an idiot who doesn't bother keeping on top of party builds. By the time you're roaming through Tokyo you have more than enough tools at your disposal if you use them.

I got filtered by the final boss and it still hurts.

At the very end of the game, once you go through a point of no return, all bosses start getting party-wide elementless spells and you'll have to fuse and hunt for luster candy and debilitate to stack and not instantly die
but other than that it's going to be easy yeah
