I feel like a lot of F/SN has been spoiled because of memes, like Sakura being raped by worms and the church did it Shirou being Archer, which I don't get because servants are meant to be historical figures

If you don't know anything about Tsukihime then read it first, it's an old VN and it shows but it'll be a great introduction to the Nasuverse and from there you can pretty much go anywhere. It has a great sequel and a series of fighting games. Then you also have Fate/Stay Night which also has a sequel and tons of spinoffs.
