I didn't even get to any scat scenes before I got bored and dropped it.

The games takes way too long to establish the premise, and way too long to get to the lewd (though the first sex scene was kino). I may have gotten through 2-3 hours and the time between sex scenes was just overall really boring. I felt like skipping them only to get to the sex scenes.

I may go back and give it a shot just because there's a good amount of piss

I feel like a lot of F/SN has been spoiled because of memes, like Sakura being raped by worms and the church did it Shirou being Archer, which I don't get because servants are meant to be historical figures

FSN and hated it, later read Tsukihime and absolutely loved it

If you don't know anything about Tsukihime then read it first, it's an old VN and it shows but it'll be a great introduction to the Nasuverse and from there you can pretty much go anywhere. It has a great sequel and a series of fighting games. Then you also have Fate/Stay Night which also has a sequel and tons of spinoffs.
