Why specifically does everyone hate this case?
Why specifically does everyone hate this case?
some of the things are poorly executed, like forcing you to say the culprit didnt have an accomplice when he clearly does and you have to prove it later anyway
>THE CAPE FLEW OFF THE BODY
>AND LATCHED ONTO THE BUST
>IT THEN GOT PULLED BACK TO THE WINDOW BY THE CRIPPLED DUDE ON THE THIRD FLOOR
>BY THE WAY, OUR CRIPPLED WHEELCHAIR BOUND GUY LIVES ON THE FUCKING THIRD FLOOR
>HE ALSO ALLEGEDLY CAN'T SEE OUT THE WINDOW PROPERLY BUT USED A BOX HE SOMEHOW LEFT THERE, FROM THE THIRD FLOOR, TO "AIM" AT HIS VICTIM
>OH AND GET THIS, THE REAL VILLAIN WAS SUPPOSED TO FIGURE OUT THE BOTTLE OF PEPPER WAS A REFERENCE TO HER
>DID I MENTION HIS PET MONKEY MANAGED TO LIFT A VERY HEAVY GAUDY STATUE THREE FLOORS UP AND LEFT IT AT THE CRIPPLE'S ROOM
>OH AND THE CRIPPLE HAS BEEN HIDING IT UNDER HIS WHEELCHAIR AND NO ONE NOTICED HIS WHEELCHAIR GOT REAL FUCKING HEAVY WHEN WE WERE GETTING HIM OFF THE THIRD FLOOR ROOM!
I actually like the characters introduced in the case, personally but holy fuck was the plot twist and overall case logic atrocious.
>but holy fuck was the plot twist and overall case logic atrocious.
But that is the reason it was so good
I guess, but AA is full of dumb bullshit.
can you actually name something that's close to being as retarded as the cape and the bust?
the pendulum maybe? and it's a big maybe
It felt like there was no way Moe and Regina were the murderer and they went out of their way to make the ventriloquist innocent on the first day. Felt like it either had to have a seriously unique twist, but they ended up just introducing a new character. It kind of killed the mystery when it seemed like it "flying away" would have coincided with the fact there's a guy hanging out on the floor above. There's a lot of dumb shit in AA, sure. But the actual structure around it just kind of sucked. The 3 other witnesses felt like they were in a competition to annoy the player the fastest.
This blind child stole a gun from an interpol officer five times his size, shot him with a gun that could dislocate the shoulder of a grown man then carried his body all the way up a flight of stairs before just happening to pass out. This is a story nobody working on the investigation thought was dumb.
Interviewing a parrot.
Characters being fooled by a red Phoenix Wright with a paper badge.
A character thinking a television broadcast was actually happening live in his room.
I just ended that case and i want to say FUCK MOE AND HIS STUPID JOKES AND FUCK ACRO AND HIS STUPID WHEELCHAIR
Also why the hell did the ringmaster take max hat and cloak?
I don't remember much about this case besides feeling sad for Regina and hating Moe.
ther is a part of Moe testimony in where if you press the cunt you loss like half of your life because everyone hates him
Regina's problem is that she is retarded
The characters were all lame as fuck.
Fucking hick clown man
Ditzy dame
Finger wagging clown (2 fucking clowns!?)
The cripple
Everyone knows best part of a Phoenix Wright case is when you finally expose the villain and they have their cartoonish over the top breakdown. There was nothing remotely satisfying about taking down the “villain” in this case
Still better than any case in Apollo Justice, but LE CHORDS OF STEEL redditors pretend that game had good cases and characters
and that's the only other case that's almost universally hated
those are absurd things which require characters to be dumb, which is a fundamentally different thing than the leaps in logic in 2/4-3
If you leave the "PLAY THAT SAME FUCKING VIDEO AGAIN" 4-3 was a really great case. 4-4 got reeeaaally close to be an awesome finale but the fact you don't do jack shit in the last court hurts a lot
And I was really mad how bad chords of steel kid was in 4, but 5 and 6 redeemed him hard!
3-5 had something retarded but it was the good kind of retarded
"She flew up in the sky! WOOOOOOOSH!"
Isn't this the case where there's some obscure shit where you have to go back to someone and talk to them without anything indicating you need to do so or go back to the office or some shit to trigger progression
>A character thinking a television broadcast was actually happening live in his room.
Which case was this?
Everyone deserved to go to prison.
Dont you fucking shittalk my boy Moe
His testimony was cancer but his soul was pure
the ventriloquist was awful, dude was just antagonizing most of the time and didn't even had useful info iirc. And like said, the case had some logic that isjust too stupid even for this game, it makes the pendulum looks genuine. The best thing was the killer and doing you job bad with the clown.
that's not even the most idiotic part. he was the culcript because his finger prints are on the air duct, but the gun is clean, this show the worst aspect of the game of always making his way to put someone in jail even though there's proofs his innocent, it's like ther can't be an innocent if ther no one to be guilty.
