You need to buy the right kind of Gobtwine from the guys in the Ishgard inn for Centurio Seals. Then you upgrade it at the Au Ra girl in Idyllshire. I think it's Taut Gobtwine IIRC

I don't know if Blizzard is genuinely insane or if they are intentionally trying to kill retail WoW.
I cannot understand why they decided to remove master looter.
I've heard their explanation and it makes absolutely no sense at all and hasn't achieved what they claimed it would, in fact it made the problem worse and inconvenience ordinary raiders at the same time.

Just wait until 5.0. WoW is fucking done. The slow bleed started with Cataclysm but good fucking god BfA was a knife right in the heart. I don't think it even CAN recover anymore.
WoW classic will renew interest for a few months, but once people realize how fucking empty the endgame is? They will just quit again.
