The worst is stat loss debuffs, I've had to spend 4 days to get rid of one -5 str debuff, at least lesser restoration sort of deals with this problem, but good luck if you have debuffs on more than one person since you get only one cast of it.

Swarms can be removed from the game, nothing of value will be lost. I'd say it's fine if they only cost me one aoe potion, even if that meant upping the cost of the potion, but it doesn't, because of course every single character you have, misses at least 3-5 flask tosses per swarm.
I played games like icewind dale, I don't really mind the whole "not turn based" game style, even with my dislike of nonsens RNG, but I'm still having trouble understanding what it is that people love so much about this style of gameplay?

How about pseudo random, at least then you're guaranteed a hit every certain %, for example one out of two hits will always hit with pseudo random if you have a 50% chance to hit. How about not random at all, how about replacing that with a skill based mechanic instead. At least in actual D&D you might have some hope based on how you choose to role the dice, instead of being at the mercy of the game's RNG. Maybe then you won't miss the same low hp spider swarm 10 times after realoading 3 times, and still having to deal with another two spider swarms besides it.

I play costume, the game's normal is, slightly weaker enemies, the game's challanging is slightly stronger enemies, there is no NORMAL power enemies. What even. I've been having an easy time with basic enemies, my sorc with 20 char misses like 90% of his shots so I mainly use summons and buff/debuf. The main problem is boss creatures or slightly stronger creatures, most of them 2 shot val, with 19 constitution and heavy armor, feels like a total slap over the hand "No you're not allowed to finish this area now, go away come back later. As if I want to waste my time running back and forth on the map over and over.

I played IWD too, it's fine but again if the alternative is there I prefer it. Now if they actually commented reacted and such, I wouldn't have a problem with it, I'd make a 6 dwarf team for maximum fun. To begin with because the game isn't honest about how quests and time behave, some quests have fail conditions related to how much time you took to do something, others however, depend on which order you took certain actions. The former is kind of fine, if they are just on how much time they give, the latter though removes player agency, which is garbage. Also because some Kingdom events end in 14 days, and you NEED to be close to your kingdom to manage them, while the game doesn't offer any sort of teleportation spell. It goes directly against the Kingmaker pnp adventure.

Pick a bad character to solve an event and you're fucked, side with the wrong character and you're fucked, the recent update fixes the problem where you didn't knew which resolution the adviser you choose would take, but that was a valid criticism until now. During the second act I started noticing that natural AC was bugged and was double stacking. I'm now facing enemies with 35+ AC at level 6. I swear to god these slavs have an uncanny ability to keep creating AC bugs.

I'd imagine it'd probably be at least that bad for consoles maybe even 1.5x to 2x as long given the quality of the HDDs inside those things but who knows maybe they'll really do some optimization magic.

Maybe difficulty settings got messed up, go check them. I once got 3.8 for enemy damage multiplyer instead of 0.8 on normal difficulty for some unknown reason after one of the (((hotfixes))).

When you meet him at the ford where you help Jubilost and tell him "Tartuccio drop the fucking act I know it's you" he reacts in a way that is absolutely not last encounter, where he dropped the act completely and tried to get you and every kobold there killed

Did you forget that when he appeared before the Kobolds as a Kobold he gave a fake name but the player character recognized him by his voice albeit with a snarling tone?
Did you forget that when he reappears he's using that same fake name as before and looks identical to the kobold he had turned into and speaks with the same voice you already recognized him from earlier?
