What, no Ultima IV? Ultima IV is the greatest RPG I've ever played in my life. To the best of my recollection, it is the only RPG whose end goal isn't, "kill the big, bad guy." There is spell crafting and completion of the game requires that you behave in certain ways. The only negative thing you can say about Ultima IV is that its sound and graphics are lousy by today's standards.
