If you mean Smash Bros's Fighters Pass then hell no. Banjo doesn't have the kind of clout to be a paid extra character designed to bring in new people who don't already own a Switch and Smash. Characters who ride primarily on Nintendo history and not much else are typically more suited to base roster additions like Mega Man and Simon, while DLC third parties are for characters whose franchises are still going very strong and have enough of a modern identity that teenagers of today would at least know about like Ryu when he got in (the difference in circumstances between the additions of Mega Man and Ryu is something I always feel is a worthwhile thing to notice)
So basically Banjo has to either
A)Wait for next Smash and hope no other third parties beat him out for that coveted nostalgia spot
B)Get something new to release and jump back into the status of a respected million selling franchise on his own merits to be eligible for DLC
