his recovery got buffed a lot last time and the only buff this current patch was matching his jab connect
although I personally think Incineroar is perfect the way he is and characters like K Rool, Ridley and Piranha Plant are in dire need of more buffs

They keep changing Ness in really unorthodox ways. Every major patch is just another "he didn't really need that but ok" buff
