The sad part is that I agree with the goberment on this one, despite hating regulations to the bone. It's a problem they caused by cutting funding into education each new year, not only in belgium but most european countries. It's only matter of time until the others follow suit. And correcting this shit at the source takes way too much time by now to render the law obsolete in due time.
