I was surprised to find out that some of the tracks were basically rearrangements of other songs (Stan's theme is "Go Tell Aunt Rhody", the music of the drinking contest is "Blow the Man Down") but even then the main theme of Monkey Island is one of the best.

Skyrim was good . But Oblivion's music was transcendent.

I thought this game was great, a huge improvement over Phantom Hourglass, but the overworld setup alone was awesome as fuck. Playing with the train whistle just seals the deal. I honestly can't think of a more satisfying thing to do in any Zelda game.

Literally every part of this game is designed to make you feel good. The way the music changes subtly as you go around the world map is based, and none of the OST rips really capture it very well

Skies of Arcadia was one of the first games I can think of that changed the boss music depending on how well you were doing.

The final boss music in that game is so goddamn uplifting. The game is just dripping with positivity and hype the whole time, and it's incredibly infectious. Once you've got him on the ropes and the music changes to signify your trimph by echoing the main theme of the game (@ 1:50), it basically just turns the remainder of the fight into a victory lap.
