Well that's a good thing, it is certainly better than being stuck with only one character that you may or may not like. What later games need is to grasp a better understanding on story pacing, level design, and enemy design

I've never even played DmC but the music and grunge aesthetic is pretty cool. Have no intention on touching the game, though. I definitely prefer mainline DMC.
