For individuals? Yes. For all people? No. Different people have different needs/preferences. I prefer the DS4, while my wife prefers the Xbone Elite controller, for example. I've used the controller, and don't hate it (there are things about it I actually really like), but I still prefer the hand positioning of the DS4.
