If I got a new 3DS would I be able to transfer over all my stuff like the ambassador games and (most importantly) swapnotes?

I dont know about swapnotes but you should be able to transfer those games, it worked for me

yes but the save files wont be transfered

yeah, literally everything gets sent over. game saves, notifications, swapnotes, activity log, everything

A bunch of Etrian Odyssey games i haven't even started, i can't play them for more than 5 minutes before quiting out of boredom but i used to like them a lot, i don't know what happened
