It doesn't though.
>Shit d-pad
This is the best controller ever made
lol i honestly forgot it even ran on batteries, but i'll admit it's a minor inconvenience that you need to buy the charger separately
I love it. So damn comfortable over long term. My only complains are that the start/select buttons are small and uncomfortable. The triggers not being analog doesn't matter, how many FPS games are on the Switch anyway?? Basically none.
This is ESSENTIAL for anyone with a Switch. The Joy cons just don't cut it for home use.
If you're worried about the price, its $52 at Walmart.
I'm sure it is, it's just that I don't see what the difference is between that and the joy con grip that comes with the console, hence I don't have a reason to buy one.
Except maybe for the d-pad...but a fucking d-pad isn't enough of an incentive for me to shell over cash for a pro controller.
Maybe not the best but certainly the most underrated. There's nothing better than playing CIV from the couch.
You're crazy nigger.
The face buttons are small as fuck, and the Pro controller is sweat resistant, and the extra heft feels wonderful. Try it and you'll see.
>The triggers not being analog doesn't matter, how many FPS games are on the Switch anyway??
You'd want binary for those anyway mate.
Bigger face buttons, more controller shaped rather than being flat like the Joy-Cons, actual analog sticks
how so? i think it's relatively alright. dpads aren't really utilised as much as main sticks and buttons etc these days anyway.
I miss the Sega dpad...
