Romanceable Khajiit. There was a community shitfit when people found out you couldn't marry one on TESV, so I'm sure they will overcompensate in VI.

Forgot to say but I'm hoping they'll put more effort into faction questlines and don't have you becoming master after a couple of quests.
Also where will it take place, Highrock?

Want: Fallout New Vegas crossed with Oblivion with updated graphics and animation.

Expect: dialogue wheels, 6 skill trees (Magic, Armour, Melee, Ranged, Crafting, Charisma), stiff animations, Unreal 3 tier graphics, bugs, no mods from outside Bethesda's mod store.

Climbable ladders.
Polearms.

Want: Destructible environments.
Expect: Even less things to do/less depth than the other games.

Oh, and all the quest are fetch/kill quests.

this but make it like Morrowind where nothing is handed to your character for free, everything has to be earned and the reward actually matters

The chance of good combat of any kind is lower than the chance of them releasing a game that isn't a buggy mess.

As much chance of that as a good TES game ever releasing.

Out of all of the predictions, I think this one is best. I can envision tod jacking hard to this idea.
