At least 480p on a crt monitor is native. Upscaling 3d games on a modern tv looks like absolute shit. I was already playing at 1024x768 during the dreamcast days.

I want to buy a Dreamcast to make my own homebrew games and catch up on some older Dreamcast titles I didn't get to play on my neighbor's DC.
So I basically get any old Dreamcast, take it apart, bleach it so it looks like pic related, install gdemu and DCHDMI and I'm good to go?
Will I still need a broadband adapter to get my homebrew onto the DC or does gdemu take care of that?
