I expect them to do that thing like Breath of the wild, where the inside of the buildings is loaded from the start, so no loading screen when going to houses or the shops. Plus better models, textures, shading and effects

Sucks to say but I agree. There is no way it can look as good as Mario kart. MK levels can be gorgeous because you only travel through a narrow slice.
