Down B: Royal Guard, you get three stacks, at the third you go into that weird devil mode and the move changes into Royal Release
Side B: Stinger (mash for million stabs)
Up B: Trick
Neutral B: Honeycomb, press the button again for increased intensity
Final Smash: Devil Trigger stingers through the entire stage several times, fatally stunning everyone he goes through, tricks to the edge of the stage and does a huge Drive to cash in the damage and apply tons of knockback
Mach Rider, pic related for specials, though I'll be changing two of them. >Replace down special with him kicking out an oil drum which then spills out onto the floor, its initial slide from being kicked has a hitbox and so does it falling over. The oil spilled covers the same length as a Battlefield platform and can cause other characters to slide; if they do cross it, they get covered in oil. If attacked by Mach's neutral special they will catch fire and have continuous damage dealt for a few seconds.
>Side special is Mach Speed; he automatically appears on his trusty cycle and revs up in place the longer you charge side special; after letting go he shoots out at an incredibly fast speed, only stopping when hitting something. Does not work the same as Wario's side special, as it can only go in one direction and you can't control it after letting go of the charge. It doesn't run over enemies either, the front wheel just does an impressive amount of knockback and damage but can be stopped by shield.

Moveset: standard attacks and smashes are a combination of punches, kicks and knife swings. Her gimmick is that she can cycle through weapons (i.e shotgun, pistol, machine gun, revolver) using the down b button. Every gun has different properties, abilities, strengths and weaknesses and unlimited ammo but must be reloaded after every shot. Would be a unique way to represent the item management system of RE. Other specials could be grenades (stun, incendiary)
Stage: Spencer mansion or Raccoon City
Music: Nemesis theme, save room music (REmake), Serenity (Re4), Hunk Theme (REmake 2), Theme of Jill (MvC3)
Oh yeah, for a stage have the first level of Mach Rider but its visuals are upgraded to be a 3D gritty/bleak Mad Max-style road, where Quadrunners can race in and damage fighters. For music have some inspired kino like this:

>Neutral B: X-Buster, Can charge up, Charging all the way makes the same attack from X2 except weaker, can also be split or combined i=like in X2
>Side B: Shotgun Ice, Can be charged and turned into a platform that can be rid before it goes off the edge or crashes into a wall which breaks it

Sylux violently swings his shockcoil arm outward and deals an intense amount of shock damage(think Jigglypuff's side special, only with electricity), if you keep holding/tapping side special there will be a lingering hitbox as electricity continues to fluctuate on his weapon, damage lessens the further the move is maintained. The special can be maintained for a moderate amount of time, good for ledgetrapping or just racking up damage quickly
>Up Special
Sylux shifts into his Lockjaw form and zips forward, can be angled twice like Pikachu's up special

Heard this from a "leak" a few months back, sounded stupid at first but the more I think about it the moveset would be great and true to the games.
Basically Sora would have an MP Gauge that he would use to do his specials (except Up B.) To recharge the Gauge, he would have to use regular attacks/get attacked
Side B: Strike Raid
He throws the Keyblade in a direction, and it returns back (think King K rool crown throw, but faster). The more consecutive throws in a row, the stronger the attack gets. Max is 5 consecutive throws, and 5 throws completely consumes the MP Gauge
Neutral B: Firaga/Blizzaga
Costs the least MP. Basic magic projectile that randomly switches between Firaga and Blizzaga
Up B: Flowmotion
Sora skyrockets into the air in a certain direction, you have limited control where he goes (Pikachu's recovery, but more fluid)
Down B: Thundaga medium MP cost
Summons lightning in a short wave effect from both sides of Sora
His shield would also be replaced with Reflect. It can deflect projectiles, but at the cost of MP. No MP and smash attack=Shield broken instantly
Final Smash: Keyblade Fusion
Riku jumps out and they use the giant keyblade attack from Kingdom Hearts 3D/kh3
Alternate Final Smash (pick which one you like better): Closing the Door
Sora shoots a beam of light across the stage. If it hits anyone, its shows a short clip of them in front of Kingdom Hearts, Sora does the spin thing he does in the games, then shoots another beam at Kingdom Hearts/the people caught in the attack

His Moveset would be primarily based around the Hand-To-Hand Combat in GTA IV, With the occasional Knife/Baseball Bat thrown in. Pretty much just copy over his movements from GTA IV.
Down Smash can pretty much just be Snake's.
He can crawl except it's just his crouchwalk.
Neutral B: Micro SMG, Fires quick shots which do about 1.6% per hit, after about 30 Rounds he has to reload
Side B: He throws either a Molotov or Grenade. Molotov causes the opponent to fall over and has some fire damage similar to some other fire hits. Grenade does about 8% and makes the opponent go decently far, good for edge guarding.
Down B: Bowling, Rolls a bowling ball across the stage which can be charged.
Up B: Fuck if I know.
Final Smash: Shoots of an RPG into a bunch of Cars causes massive explosions and high Knockback
Delibird. I am not a huge Pokemon freak so it was hard to figure out "A" attacks for this guy and harder to go in depth of his B attacks but mostly my idea for him was an ability for him to spam grab presents from his bag and throw them at people!
