Considering it has a decent modding community even now with pretty good custom tracks and imports from newer games, yes Wii is my go-to Mario Kart

Dropped a couple months after Wii U launch, wasn't compelled enough to pay full price for it again and definitely don't want to pay full price for it now.
Wii & 7 were much more fun for me even if they weren't seen as as good of games, just kind of holding out for hope that the next one will be more enjoyable
