Spyro Reignited Trilogy, was a pretty good remake all around but it was made solely to get money since NST, which actually had soul, made so much.

This is a tough one. I'd say Donkey Kong 64. It has a lot of soul, but it's not a very good game.

It's really not.
Both DK64 and Banjo Tooie suffer from the issue of worlds being too big for their own good and having their collectables not as thoughtfully spread out.
Jungle Japes is probably the only good level in DK64 because it's smaller.
Then you have levels like Gloomy Galleon where half the level is literally just empty space
Not to mention that Lanky is the only Kong that moves at a reasonable speed to cover the terrain

Sonic Unleashed. It has far more soul than SA2, or at least far less autism disguised as "soul".
