There are three possible rules for the abbreviation of a job/class.
1. The first three letters e.g. WAR, SCH, AST, SAM, NIN
2. The first letter, then the next two non-repeating consonants e.g. DRG, MNK, MCH, BRD, SMN
3. If the job's name is made up of two words or two distinct parts, it is possible for it to be the first letter, the next constant, then the first letter of the second part OR the first letter, the first letter of the second part and the next consonant of the second part. e.g. RDM, WHM, BLM, LTW, BSM, GSM. This isn't mandatory for jobs with two parts to their name as BLU instead follows the first rule.
The only job/class which doesn't follow any of these rules is Arcanist, which is because the abbreviation ARC which qualifies for both rule 1 and 2 is already taken by Archer.

With that in mind the only three possible abbreviations for Gunbreaker are GUN, GNB and GBR.

You're not automatically tempered by proximity, even though that is a thing that can happen if you're around the primal too long. The primals usually have to bathe you in corrupted aether. Lyse and Raubahn fought Lakshmi and were fine because you, Arenvald, and Fordola intercepted the aether.

You need to be struck by/enveloped by the Primal's Aether. If you can avoid that, you can avoid enthralling. It's just not recommended

The Company of Heroes killed Titan within a few seconds of him being summoned. An incredibly weak Titan, no less. A primal's strength is determined by two factors. The first is the amount of Aether used to summon it, and the second is the fervor of it's worshipers.
This is why Ifrit can be a little bitch one week, and then a fucking murder beast the next.
A strong enough primal can wipe out an army if they wished.
Shit, Bahamut wiped out four armies in one go just by waking the fuck up extra cranky from a sound sleep.

A primal starts tempering Xaela, and their united front crumbles immediately as new, forced worshipers who are really good at killing start turning their blades on their former brothers.

Absolutely awful awful idea. This would absolutely destroy red mages viability in endgame content. Their advantage in prog would now be nonexistent because rez is suddenly tightly limited and the negative impact using it has on the player's DPS suddenly becomes much larger. You would never see a red mage raise anyone again if it used up white/black mana.

Rdm needs a DoT and a self-buff to maintain. Perhaps verflare/verholy could grant a buff to magic power that falls off after a period of time and the player would then have to ensure they are playing efficiently enough to refresh the buff before it falls off.

Same with the sidequests that award 1/100th of what a dungeon does and nothing else.

In the actual game though, the majority of people can't play BLM and SMN well, and you can't stand around casting in most high end fights so RDM's mobility and spell speed let it maintain a more consistent dps on average.

230k, give or take. Just do the weekly log for roughly 80k (plus your actual earning, which should take you over 110k/120k) with no real time investment beyond maybe, what two hours over the week? If the prices are right you could have enough within the second week, with only around 4-5 hours of actual Gold Saucer time. I managed it in one sitting, albiet starting at 60k. Some lucky cacpots and an easy fashion report can make all the difference.

Any spell with a cast time causes dualcast including Eureka and Deep Dungeon spells.

RDM is probably the easiest job right now to expand. A DoT could be used to increase the gauge every time it ticks to give you more gauge and then they could give you a new finisher that you'd need charges of holy and flare to use.

That's really about it. You can do something like, level up one of each type of class (dps/tank/healer) to 70 so you're prepared and can rush through, getting easy queues to blast through the story on a healer/tank, you can work on a crafting profession since I hear they have more relevance in shadowbringers, or you can just unsub for a couple months, like I have.
