Ex: Lode sword, wood sword, swallow, etc] [Crono has most final smashes and specials in the game] [End of Time] [Spirits of all party members, mom, cat, King Guardia, Lavos, and various enemies and even jerky] [Approximately 24 tracks with 9 remixes such as Frog's Theme, Main theme, Lavos Battle theme, Magus Battle theme, Leene Square, etc.]
-Maxim (Lufia) [Design mainly takes inspiration from Lufia II] [4 costume slots split with Maxims descendant, however name stays the same] [Sword user similar to the fire emblem characters] [Sound effects come from Lufia original] [Doom Island is the stage and the Sinistrals make cameos similar to how Dracula does in Dracula's castle] [Not many spirits except the Sinistrals, Guy, etc.] [Approximately 11 tracks with around 3 remixes. Tracks include the overworld earth theme, Sinistrals theme, final duel. Mostly from Lufia II and I]
I also got word that Porky will be a bonus character for free for those who bought the Fighter Pass before June. A special remix of Porky Means Business and Because I love you will be provided as well as the originals *Price is unknown

I like the idea of Nightmare better than anything from souls. I don’t think you could do souls justice unless you played as the chosen undead, but then you have the problem of choosing one weapon to represent the whole series. Nightmare on the other hand, is a specific character with a specific playstyle. I think it just works better.
